Drop a star overall because I didn't receive a notification that the taxi was outside - I looked out the window at the booked time and saw him. Driver said he was advised that I'd been told, but would have called me after 5 minutes. So driver seems to have done the right thing but been let down by the system."

"I received way too many confusing and conflicting texts and emails after booking and before the driver arrived. When the driver arrived, he wasn’t friendly. He watched me struggle to fit the baby’s car seat and sought to blame corona virus for not being able to help, however corona virus does not stop him from being polite and kind, and saying he’d love to help but can’t. He also told me that I should have been out at 9:45 even though I had booked the taxi for 10. I actually started bringing my bags out at 9:53 and explained to the driver that I would be out with the baby. We left late because I spent 10 minutes trying to fit the car seat in 2 different places in the car while the driver nonchalantly looked on. I would not use taxicode or sky cars again."
